GPU Support

Is anyone aware of any GPU limitation with Leginon? We are looking to purchase new GPU nodes running the new NVidia P100 GPU's wanted to make sure that we wouldn't have any issues using them and if anyone used them already.

Are you asking about its use for frame alignment and/or other processing ?

If so, it depends on the programs you plan to run, such as the latest trend such as Relion 2.0 and MotionCor2. You probably should check with their developers or more general cryo-em Forums.
