Atlas error - setDirectStagePosition

Hi,

we are in the process of upgrading from Leginon version 3.2 to Leginon version 3.3. I am running some tests and I ran into the following error:

Atlas creation failed: attribute setDirectStagePosition not in description.

I couldn't find this error in the documentation, and I don't know where it is coming from or how to fix it. Most of 3.3 seems to be running fine, I can simulate targets and collect data, but can't take an atlas right now.

Did you also update on the scope and camera computers ? They need to be synced.

setDirectStagePosition was implemented for resetting stage alpha to zero without backlash correction. Note that if the installation on the scope and camera saved them in site-packages, then the new installation also need to be put in the same place.
