scope buffer computers
Added by Christopher Lilienthal over 5 years ago
Hello,
I know at NRAMM each microscope has a GPU workstation with a bunch of disk that acts like a buffer in case the main storage is down or some other issues. My question is then what scripts or program are being run on that buffer computer to pull the frames from the camera computer and then put the frames where they should go and update the Leginon database with the correct paths?

I added this wiki page to explain how we set it up. Let me know if you have questions.
