Leginon 1.5 beta release

The Leginon download page has been updated with the latest beta release. Try it out and post any problems you have to this bulletin board topic. This is a beta release because it has not had extensive testing outside of our facility. It has been very stable in our everyday operations here. See the user manual for details of how to upgrade.

Online Leginon Documentation is up to date for installation. Please, however, do not
use the pdf version. They are still old. I will be adding more descriptions on new applications and features in the next week.

I am done with Documentation for 1.5b release. If the information has errors, please let me know. PDF files are ready, too.
