zero change in matrix calibration

Added by Yen-Chywan Liaw over 14 years ago

Hi,

I am doing calibration (1.6) now. I quickly go throw pixel size, reference. When I did matrix calibration. I got an error. The first shot is original position and second shot is after shift image. The image did shift. The feature is clear. I can not find anything wrong. But program complain there is no change (zero change) and stop. I add a lot of print inmatrixcalibrate.py and I do not know what's wrong. Here is the print for those parameters.

pixel size 2e-08

percent 0.25
delta 2.048e-05
CCD dimension 1024
binning 4

basevalue 0.0
States {u'image shift': {'x': 0.0}}, {u'image shift': {'x': 2.048e-05}}

row -651.101949975

col 704.278787105

total pix 959.136256862

actual2 0.0

Thanks

Recent users also report similar problem only when calibrate beam shift matrix calibration. Here is a thread that answers the particular situation.

Since this specific problem on beam shift reoccurred for most recent installations, we will work on something to accommodate the tecnai scripting bug at the next release.
