Goniomodeling-which model?
Added by Cheri Hampton over 14 years ago
When I try different fittings for the same data set I get multiple copies with the same label in the pulldown menu in DB tools>goniometer. How does Leginon know which to use? Do I need to make new labels everytime, and does the software just use the most recent one?

Leginon uses the most recent harmonic model saved for the instrument pair. For scale and rotation of the model, it also considers the magnification. If you do multiple model fittings on the data under the same label, a new model is saved each time with the same measured data. If you assign new label, you will need to acquire measurements under that label before fitting.

Thanks, I will assume that the program overwrites the file each time I fit/calibrate.
Another issue: Ran the mags only model for 120 and 5000x. In navigator, the 120x modeled stage position movement works fine, but the 5000x movement is inverse! How?

Cancel that last bit, it has corrected itself;)
