align presets window freeze at the end

The whole image-shift aligning went well and the shift values were stored well. However the align-preset popup window froze at the end by pressing "continue", while supposedly close the pop-up window. Sometime the whole X-window froze. Closing the popup window from top-right close button is a workaround but annoying. We have CentOS5.5, Nvidia quadro FX570 and Nvidia linux driver freshly installed. Similar issue existed two years ago in 1.6 but went away in 1.8 as I recalled.

This is a tough one. We have this happens occasionally but not consistent enough to know why. The consensus is that we were clicking too fast that the computer hasn't finished the last procedure.
I just found that I can reproduce the error (at least crashing with different error each time) on my Mac. I will see what can be done. In the mean time, you will have to use the close window button

I created an bug report for this as #1169 and fixed it for my Mac with r15322. Please check to see if the fix also works on your system.
