Description
I think I need educating on our policies and/or we need some new policy. I moved an expt (appion only) form data15 (100% full!) to data00. Now I have to edit the defaults on every single command as it assumes that I want to be on data15. This is a massive pain. Worse than this some of the commands e.g. http://cronus3.scripps.edu/myamiweb/processing/runUploadMaxLike.php?expId=7654&jobid=22 (upload maximum likelihood) cannot be edited to change the directory so they will not run. (yeah. yeah, I know I can maybe get the command and hand edti it to change this but this was not why we developed Appion!) Please let me know if I am just missing some obvious solution. If not, Amber please add this to the list of things to discuss on Wednesday as I think we must be able to come up with a better way to manage disk.

r15146 fixed the issue with the path so it can now be edited by the user. I can look into how to change the default disk, but I believe this is something that is pulled from the database and would have to be changed in there somehow. I don't have any experience with this, so if someone else knows how to fix it please jump in.
