Description

After sort junk, box size is lost, and options in center particles for mask and shift are rejected (ERROR: Shift too large, must be smaller than 0). Also, the side menu does not give any status of the sort junk job.

r15420 inserts boxsize from original stack into database. r15421 fixes menu sidebar job status for sort junk stacks.
