Description
In most cases there is one leginon host per microscope. This is a much faster algorithm. The old method of checking all hosts becomes an option

User Testing: Start leginon with client, when SetupWizard edit client dialog pop up, it should by default show only clients previous 25 sessions made connection to. A checkbox in the main Wizard dialog allow non-default behavior of checking all possibilities.
