Description
Want to implement the method of wabbling beam tilt while looking at power spectrum as done in DM. It is easier for beginner.

r16018 have a new base class ManualFocuser for use in different manual focusing case and its implementation in focuser.py and beamtiltimager.py
However, the gui for BeamTiltImager is disabled because the beam tilt and fft image acquisition are not synchronized enough. Will need to be worked on.
Anchi, I copied the two new modules from your sandbox and committed them so Christopher could update betaleginon with them. See r16020
