Workaround:

Change what is returned in pyscope.gatan.Gatan.getRetractable() function to be False all the time.

Description

Reported by Scott Stagg. With their two gatan camera GatanGIF and TecnaiEFTEM and instrument.cfg that includes both, Leginon try to insert and retract them between acquisitions even though only one is used in the presets.

See workaround.

The bug appears since we make it to detect and switch camera for DD.
