make GridEntry class works with manual acquisition

Description
GridEntry class and robot simulator which also publish MakeTargetListEvent can then replace the grid tool that no one uses.

r16175 include changes to accept new-style emgrid reference in leginon database without grid ID from project database. Removed a bug that does not reference GridData in the saved Image. Also modified Manual Application to make this feature accessible.
Arne can test.
1. In leginon, Run "Manual (2.2)" application.
2, Choose grid first and submit (green arrow) so that filename get the prefix.
3. Acquire an image in Manual node and check in webviewer if the name contains the grid prefix.
