There are 2 ways to get to this page. Test both:
1. Go to Particle Alignment -> Template Stacks -> Upload a new template stack
2. this is the path to some test data on fly: /ami/data00/temp/classums_64_eigens_30_imagesignored_10_membersignored_10.img
3. Set the Angstroms per pixel - 3.28
4. Type of stack is "class averages"
OR
1. Click on a complete Run Alignment
2. Click on View montage as a stack for further processing
3. Change selection mode to Select rather than exclude
4. Select several images
5. Click on create template stack

From a prior test:
I just want to draw attention to the following issue.
In general, if the output destination is not data00, processing cannot be done on the cluster. This is due to, for example, data08 is not mounted on guppy and data15 is full. Are we going to enforce that if one's data is already on data08, one has to move all the data back to data00 for processing? Note that the user is not allowed to change the destination of the output (i.e. data00) unless the user copies the command and modify it him or herself. This is a GENERAL problem that applies to a lot of the php scripts.
