Fixed in r13071. This was created long ago and then never updated for the newer pipeline, so it broke.

this still does not work. the following issues:
1. I tested a variety of EMDB models (1x18, 3fih, 3e1c), and received this error everytime:
modelFromEMDB.py: error: option --emdbid: invalid integer value: '1x18'
2. Selection of symmetry is lost if you have an error, for example with the directory being full...

ok. Tried EMDB 1003. It seems to run, but there is no model available under "models" and checking in the actual directory, there is also no volume file.
End of the log file reads:
*******************************************************
WARNING: DB field names containing "REF" should use full absolute python module names. "leginondata" should be "leginon.leginondata". Warning will become Exception in the future.

EMDB upload does not create an initial model it create a 3d Density object. Check again.

I ran this again, using EMDB IDs, and now I do not get an error, but the job just runs forever. There does appear to be a volume in the actual directory, though (at least I think that is what the .ccp4 files is...?):

I just ran 1003 and it worked fine. Can we sit down and let me watch you try and run it?
