Description
Reproduce:
1. With zz07jul25b, use the image viewer to ensure several exemplar images are set (4 currently).
2. Set up a DogPicking run and check the option for "Exemplar and keep images only"
3. Run via command line and notice incorrect images were processed. 6 total, with status not exemplar. (Use the Web Img Assessment tool to see image status.)
