The Mask Assessment drop down list in the stack creation interface should include runs from the crud finding tool.
It looks like the crud finder is not entirely implemented has maskMaker.py does not have commitToDatabase() defined.

This will require a bit more effort than I want to commit this close to releasing 2.2. It should be addressed for a 2.2.1 release and it should be in 3.0.
