r16730 include three features in four classes:

1. correct image shift coma : removed because ctf estimation on these high astig low defocus images are not good enough to be reliable. both calibration and usage are hidden.
2. allow target finding on old images: This has always been problematic. often breaks queuing which is more popular as a feature.
3. choices of registration methods in TransformManager: although working, there isn't separate gui for each and we have not convert RCT or Robot 2nd screening to use this, yet.

These changes only affect branch 2.2

This makes 2.2 ready from Leginon side pending last testing on real microscope.
