Save both DoG maps and allow users to view them in the GUI. An extra feature that will help in debugging picks.

Started working on this. It works, but needs to be nicer looking.

Completed in r13128. This needs to be tested in the pipeline and in the standalone program. I've tested in both, but under limited conditions.
