Description

Next Gen CTF Display for Rectangular Images, by using sub-field averaging, it should now display rectangular (non-square) images correctly. Please test.

Still needs improved noise subtraction and envelope normalization, this is coming.

There is too much NEW code to review, but could someone test this on your local data. Run a new estimation using CTFFIND.
