Description

Hi.

Appion is doing awesome submitting and running jobs to garibaldi for cl2d as far as I have seen, however, once the job has run, the particle clusters are not reuploaded into appion for further processing.

Here is an example where you can see all the 2d alignment classes in the directory, but they are not reuploaded to Appion:
/ami/data00/appion/12dec17f/align/cl2d3

If I run everything on guppy though, it uploads just fine.

Melody, yesterday you said you were not sure if this is an actual issue. Have you had a chance to complete the test?

Hi Amber,

My garibaldi jobs crashed because I didn't give them enough memory so I'm not sure yet. However, I ran a job on guppy as a test with just a few particles to ensure this clustering would upload (/ami/data00/appion/12dec17f/align/cl2d5). It did, so I ran a larger job (/ami/data00/appion/12dec17f/align/cl2d4) with 256 classes, and they uploaded to Appion, but have since disappeared. They are still in the directory though....

I have a garibaldi job running now, so I'll let you know as soon as it finished whether or not it uploads.
