Description
Right now, the config file parameter "baseoutdir" is used to determine the processing output directory. If it is empty, Appion uses the users home directory. We would like to be able to use a defined output directory for some job types and the users home directory for others.
For example, on Garibaldi, we would like non-refinements to use the defined output dir, but refinements to run in the users home directory to reduce load on our file server bandwidth.
