Description

Need auto target finding of spotiton spots on a grid atlas.

This could be similar to the square finder function in the square targeting node (which is broken now I think?), but the spots are small and spread out, so it is easy to miss them if the are on a tile boundary. They could either be covered up by an adjacent tile, or completely missed if overlap is not enough. We experimented with an alternative way of pasting tiles together with significant overlap that makes sure dark blobs show through overlapping tiles. It makes sure the dark blobs show through by choosing the minimum of overlapping pixels. Then the problem is that sometimes you get duplicates of the same blob due to bad tile alignment.

Easiest function I can think of is to find blobs in the individual tiles (not combined mosaic), then remove duplicates based on similar stage position of the blob. Then put the final set of targets back on to the combined mosaic image and continue as normal.
