Force to one focus target in targetfinder

Description
This reduces the chance for error, especially when constant position is set in rasterfinder that may be totally unreasonable.

r18111 does this.
Jeff, just add two focus target manually instead of one next time you use Leginon. It should give a warning and use only the one closest to the center of the image.
