Use AppplicationEvent notification and query through binding to give an error if a user trys to turn off queuing with acquisition node feeding the image does not wait for processing.

r18290 and r18291 combined to make this feature.
Jeff,
Test this by turning off queuing of a target selection node such as "Exposure Targeting" in any MSI application that you normally has queue on. If the node that the image come from (Hole) in this case is not waiting, you should get an Error in the logger.
