New features need new versions of applications. Add:
1. N2 filler
2. Beam Size Calibration
Default changes:
1. modeled stage position is unlikely the default since newer scopes no longer has this behavior. Change default to stage position.
2. calibrators default to phase correlation and lpf sigma of 1.0
