Description

8000 ms exposure with 200 ms frame time only gave 38 frame stack.

r18477 limit the number.
Need to find out if it is limited by exposure time or frame number alone.

New version of SEMCCD dll files are now in http://emg.nysbc.org/projects/leginon/files that fixes this issue.

r18770 reverts the change in r18477.

To replace the same named SEMCCD.dll in C:\Program Files\Gatan\PlugIn, follow this instruction to reduce confusion.

  1. Close DM
  2. Remove the SEMCCD dll in C:\Program Files\Gatan\PlugIn.
  3. Open DM. DM will register that the plugin has been removed.
  4. Close DM
Gabe, please test.
  1. Put the new dll into C:\Program Files\Gatan\PlugIn.
  2. Open DM to register its existence.

it works! we can collect 50 frames in super resolution mode.
