Bug #2993
openN2 filling results in a"Dewar autofilling conditions not okay" on FEI Krios

Description
Reported by Thomas Klose
We had now several occasions where a refill of N2 triggered by the N2 filling node in Leginon resulted in a "Dewar autofilling conditions not okay" on the KRIOS. We then need to recover the temperature state of the microscope and refill the liquid N2 using the Titan control software. Our microscopist and service engineer told me that this likely originates from the vacuum in the autoloader being too low and that we were advised to switch on the Turbopump while filling the N2, which is what we do when operating the KRIOS "by hand".

Since buffer cycle call from TEM Scripting does not turn on the turbopump, Thomas suggested close the Column Valves before a fill since their autoloader TUI is set to turn on the Turbo in this situation.
