Workaround:
set USE_AUTO_APT=False in jeol.cfg or access scripting from Jeol computer instead.
Description
Until we fix this, needs a mechanism to keep Leginon from giving errors.

It is a problem of external access of TEM3 scripting. The problem went away once we control it from Jeol computer.
