Generate default table xml

Description
I have not generate these properly since Denis left except the first time. This issue is used to archive his input on how to do this. This is very old but there might be relevant later.

These can easily be merge in 1 single file. Tables to export are defines in $tables array. Put the appropriate db connection parameters and run the script form the command line in a dbem dir. The script will printout the XML dump; for example:
[acheng@ dbem]$ php dumpdefaultdbemtables.php > defaulttables20100813.xml
