Description
To remove border effect before frame alignment and any other appion processing of the frame stack. It may not be the best idea if we want to use the particle coordinates of the sum image on the frame stack. Give it a try anyway.

The feature works but did not resolve the problem of the alignment we wanted it to solve. Will not create gui for the python script change
