Description

When I am trying to submit a cl2d (xmipp2) job to cluster using "long q", the option to select it just disappears after I login. Please check the screenshots attached, before logging in and after logging in.

Updated by Anchi Cheng almost 10 years ago

  • Project changed from 135 to Appion
  • Subject changed from cl2d shortq and long q issues to Available queue does not show up in myamiweb clusterparam form if the user is logged in
  • Status changed from New to Assigned
  • Assignee set to Anchi Cheng
  • Target version set to Appion/Leginon 3.2
  • Affected Version set to Appion/Leginon 3.2

The mechanism used when the user is logged in uses qstat to check the cluster. See #2869. For a small cluster, there may be no job running. It does not seem to be a good idea. Remove it in r19220
