r19502 fixes this in trunk and r19503 merge to 3.2

Hi,

I checked the old runs and also set up a new run: they all still write out 0's for all the micrographs. The 'best run' does still have all the values.

tsri_myamiweb wasn't automatic updated. I did an update and it is showing up. However, something is funny about the result as the imageid and filenames don't match. Looking into it now. It was o.k. with other sessions. Maybe this one just has too many runs.

I was wrong, the data was normal. The first image on there happened to be one that appion ctf evaluation failed and that there is another file with similar but not identical name that I saw.
