Keep default run name for manual masking runs 'manualrun#' and stack can be created.
Description
During stack creation the mask assessment could not be found/opened/read by the stack creation program which was followed by early program termination.
Error was caused by me: I changed the run name from 'manualrun1' to 'manualmasking1' to be more descriptive before I launched the masking run. While I could go through the manual masking without problems, the mask could then not be read/loaded/found when I tried to create a stack in the next step.
Once I redid the manual masking using the standard name of 'manualrun2', the mask assessment was read in properly and the stack could be created.
