There are also some issues with doc pop up meanings and defaults - the worst one is that the diameter default if wrong and means that only the very center of the images is focused on. I think the diameter default should either be something that was entered earlier or based on the box size.

Looks like I forgot to convert pixels into Angstroms on this page. Testing fix right now.

Testig now. Using http://192.168.4.37/betamyamiweb/processing/checkAppionJob.php?expId=2177&jobId=713
But I notice that there are inputs requested for:
Alignment Parameters
Particle Diameter (Ångstroms)
Number of References
Maximum Number of Iterations
In-plane Rotation Angle Interval (degrees)
Regularisation parameter
Flatten Solvent on References
Zero Masking
And the pop up doc on the particle diameter says "only needed for particle picking display" - is that correct or just a left over from before? And the diameter default is still wrong at 96 or something instead of the correct 180A.
