Description

When I tried uploading a reconstruction I get the following error:

ERROR: sinedon is not configured for leginondata, check your sinedon.cfg file

Do to the db changes, I knew this was broken. Over the weekend I made several fixes. So, when Christopher is able to update the code it should work.
