Appion

In the Appion web browser for tomography, an additional field should be added above each tilt micrograph, for "total dose" or "cumulative dose" up to that tilt. This should show up for both K2 -frame aligned and the unaligned tilts.
This will be helpful for downstream processing of tomograms and sub-volume averaging using Relion, where a 3D-ctf volume with different b-factors, based on dose, is applied on the sub-volumes during averaging.
