Running gctf and selecting a nominal defocus (to override value in database) produced a command line with --nominal=0.8 mentioned twice. This produced an error when running manually. Deleting the second --nominal allowed it to run.

submitting gctf to semc cluster doesn't work. It needs to be run manually on a gpu computer or node. Can this be fixed to select a gpu node on semc cluster?

Can interface for gctf be added to main appion node on emgweb.nysbc.org? This would make it much easier to run remotely, rather than having to run a web session by vpn to get the interface.
