Description

Hi - I have problems with in-accessible centered particle stacks.

After running 'center particles', the 'completed stacks' number increases, but the stack is neither visible nor accessible in downstream applications in appion.

When run on 192.168.4.37, a folder for the stack does get created when I check the gpfs file system. Tried to run particle alignment after, but the centered stack cannot be selected (does not show up in the drop down menu).

This relates to my session /gpfs/appion/jbrasch/16nov21a.
