These are for cleaning up and should be used only if there is enough resource left (memory and cpu) on the host running ddstack making or frame alignment.

Added in apDDStackMaker.py. --compress flag in any of its subclasses activates this. If buffer server is used, it would mv the compressed file to permanent frame path. The references directory will also be rsynced over.
