In SerialEM, there is a calibration to do mag dependent energy shifts. This lets you keep the ZLP aligned if you do it in your exposure mag but still want to use the slit at lower mags. This is a nice feature to have since it could enhance the contrast of the hl images, at the least. Could be useful for determining ice thickness and just for finding holes in general. As a first step you could add an energy filter offset in the presets (default 0) and this could be manually set at first
