Description

Looked at xmipp3/protocol_cl2d.py and see that there is sortClassesStep step that is missing in Appion Xmipp3 CL2D. Will need to modify our code to add this feature.

Added xmipp_image_sort to Xmipp3 CL2D following xmipp3/protocol_cl2d.py. Attaching before and after image. I used SEMC-Workshop K2 proteasome aligned images to generate this.
