Description

ON the new test dataset that Neil just created for me there are two alignment stacks ready to upload but I have not yet run an alignment? See: http://cronus3.scripps.edu/myamiweb/processing/runUploadMaxLike.php?expId=7647

This is a known bug and difficult to overcome. There are two complete alignments in the project that Bridget is referring to.
