scale matrix calibration to other magnifications
Added by Anchi Cheng about 7 years ago.
Updated almost 7 years ago.
Description
To save time for calibrations. This is especially useful for stage position calibration since such calibration is impossible at high magnifications and yet the dirctionality provided by the matrix is needed in operation.

- Description updated (diff)
- Status changed from Assigned to In Test
- Target version changed from Appion/Leginon Future Version to Appion/Leginon 3.3
Replaced matrix calibrator pixel to pixel tool which is not used any more with this function. It does to all matrixes available there. This is a short cut without considering the possibility that image orientation may not be the same, but it is a good first assumption for stage position, any way.

Works.
If there is lens program change that changes image rotation, calibrate on the lowest mag of the new lens program and then scale from there.
