Alex, please try it out with the trunk version. If this correct, we should see improvement of Krios 1 when using the option "Stretch images according to the tilt before correlation" The way it was before would not change much since the shift in non-tilt axis direction is small anyway.

This still does not behaves right. tiltcorrelator.TiltCorrelator.tiltShift function is making scopes with ~90 deg tilt axis phi to affect more in x axis shift. Remove all tiltShift correction now. Will reinvestigate later.
