Tje images load to the web pages dramatically more slowly than they used to.

just fixed the caching on cronus3. It needs to run lots of sessions for a while. We will be expecting cronus3 server running slow in the next couple hours.

To test this:
Open your image viewer, your image should load lots faster than before.

I put a flag in the caching processing. Right now it only allow 2 caching processing running at the same time. So they don't use all the server's memory and CPU.

The code is check in so it also included in the release.
