Phase shift is from the CTF table and Magnification is somewhere is the Leginon database.

Do we have the 'Detector Pixel Size' somewhere? I know uploaded images would not have it, should I just fake it like we do in CTFFIND3?

Even Relion output fakes it, too. It is silly to ask that now a day.
