More space between submit target and process queue tools

Description
Request from more than one user that the distance between the two is too small, making it easy to click the wrong one.

Looks good. Anchi can I modify the code to have an advanced user option to set the submit queue button so that have to double press with a "are you sure?" output to the stdout for the first time it's clicked? The gui is done in wx, which is my gui api of choice for me.
