Leginon

This would either be part of Leginon or a separate program. The program would take input from a user who gives information about their TEM imaging conditions and their desired results (resolution, etc.). It would give advice about how to set up Leginon, what apertures to use, what HT, magnifications, etc. Basically replicate how Anchi is analyzing the workshop attendees personal experiences to give them advice.
