This uses gctf executable linked as gctfCurrent. It does a simple round of ctf estimation of each power spectrum in Zemlin Tableau. Correct the result and then acquire again and estimate again. Choose when you want it to stop by adjusting the convergence C21 value and when to give up with iteration count limit.

It fails if gctf fails to estimate.

Turn it on in the settings of BeamTilt Image node and start with simulated target as usual. It is advisable to save your starting beam tilt in case it takes you to the wrong direction.
